Extremely convenient if coming or going by bus. The room was clean and new, especially the bathroom. There is a large alcove for luggage storage between the bedroom and bathroom. In the morning there is a buffet breakfast for 100 baht with a reasonable selection.

Our room was very large and clean. The location was easy to access the city centers and places we needed to go. A few minutes walk from central shopping mall. The staff are helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfasts and the price overall is reasonable.

Stayed there for one night because it was convenient and close to the main bus station. Value for money: 10/10, medium sized room with tv and enough space for luggage. Cleaning: 8/10 Staff: 10/10, 24/7 reception with kind staff. (Bonus point: there was a security guard outside the hotel) Location: 7/10, far from the smelly and loud Chiang Mai city center. “Bolting” there costs around 50baht so no problem.

We only wanted a 1 night stay near the bus terminal and this is only a 2 minute walk away. Its like new, everything clean and working. Beds big and comfortable, clean sheets and pillow cases. Good hot powerful shower. Breakfast ok, payed …

It was perfect if it wasn't for a female employee with a round face. You don't have to be good at English, but you don't have a good sense, but you don't admit your mistake. The facilities are good, not to mention new construction. There's an elevator. The bathroom window, exhaust fan, and clean air conditioner were good. Maybe it's because it's on the second floor, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom smells like a sewer. We don't have an electric kettle, we have a refrigerator and a hairdryer.There are two pillows and cotton swabs for daily use. They give me two large towels and a towel to wipe my feet, but there's nothing small, and I have to pay 50 baht per sheet to add. There are only shampoo and body cleanser on the wall. There is no hand-washing detergent in the sink. I have a deposit of 200 baht.

Great spot right next to the CM bus station. I got the big room and it was comfortable. About Holiday Inn express level in the US. Staff was very helpful with arranging for a taxi. The complimentary breakfast was minimal but ok 👍 The stock photos are accurate and current as of April 2022. Great value!

The hotel is located very near the bus station so it's ideal if you are taking the early morning bus. The room was spacious and very clean and tidy. I didn't have breakfast included in my price.
